Cbox Rules.

because the cbox reflects the site in so many ways, these cbox rules are INCREDIBLY important, and must be followed at all times. staff is encouraged to enforce these rules like law.


1) do not spam the cbox! this is counted as more than four or five consecutive posts in a row, or constant posts of the same nature, such as periods or emoticons.

2) the url section of the cbox is not for advertising. it is to place an icon to show up in the cbox ONLY.

3) all members posting in the cbox are required to find an icon for themselves swiftly. it makes things look nice and neat. this is not required for guests. as opposed to account images, cbox icons don't need to be of your character.

4) advertising and talking about other sites excessively is not allowed in the cbox. posting links to anything that exceeds a PG-13 rating is a ban-able offense as well.

5) be nice, and be peaceful. don't take things out on other members just because you've been having a bad day.

6) please keep the vulgarity under control. it sets a bad image to guests that we are immature, and makes some people feel uncomfortable.

7) avoid conversations that could alienate someone, make someone feel uncomfortable, or offend someone. this includes but is not limited to: religion, sexuality, gender, beliefs, morals, etc.

8) if you are going to use chatspeak, please keep it at a minimum, and please make sure that people can understand you. leet speak is against the rules. (that's speaking with numbers in the place of letters)

9) do not exclude people from the conversation! that's elitist and promoted cliques, which is not allowed. we're all friends.

10) do not hassle staff to look over your bio, or complain about your roleplay threads. plotting should take place over private messages or the appropriate boards. if you feel as if staff have sincerely skipped you or forgotten about you, private message the admins for a reminder.
