Welcome to Konoha, the capitol of the Land of Fire, resting quietly by the side of the Konohagakure River. You could call it peaceful, but for the residents of the quaint town, it’s a little less than perfect.
Twelve years ago the royal council banned all samurai from the country with little warning. Lay down your weapons or leave the country. Few samurai laid down their weapons and closed their dojos; but for many, leaving the country was the only way. The family of the Uchiha, the Konoha police force, was the primary reason for the huge samurai migration. Several years later, in present day, the king, Namikaze Minato, has lifted the ban, bringing the samurai back. But can the Uchiha get over their twelve-year hate for the King? And what exactly happens when the samurai mix with the new Konoha guard, the shinobi?
